Add Movement to the Day with Arianna's "Going Further" Activities
Get kids moving with fun activities that review and reinforce the importance of eating healthy and being active. Found in the Going Further at the end of each lesson, the activities:
- Add variety to classroom instruction
- Complement movement incorporated into the stories and lessons
- Channel students' pent-up energy
- Help children get the 60 minutes of daily physical activity they need
Try these Going Further activities during a classroom break or recess.
